I've picked 18 pounds of haskaps from the backyard orchard the last 4 days and today we took equal parts of Strawberries and replaced the sugar with honey and made 11 quarts of pie filling and 15 pints of jam. OMG!!!

What we have been up to this summer....
We are pleased to announce our new series starting October 2025. This has been a chore to get it underway added to that we had a computer failure that almost left us with out our library. Thankfully we now have it all up and running (sort of) and with a final upgrade we should be all new and improved. I will finally get episode 9 up today as well and the rest of the season that we are so grateful to still have.
