The harvest starts!
I've picked 18 pounds of haskaps from the backyard orchard the last 4 days and today we took equal parts of Strawberries and replaced the sugar with honey and made 11 quarts of pie filling and 15 pints of jam. OMG!!!
Can anyone guess which berry season it is right now? I bet Rich and Sandi know! Soooo yummy,……worth the sore back from picking!
