We must remember the innocents that died at the hands of terrorists.
Sandi and I had just returned from a caribou hunt in the North West Territories the day before. On the 11th we were watching the morning news having coffee before starting the work day. We the first plane struck it was just before 7 am local and we were dumb founded. When the second plane hit we understood the world had forever lost a piece of its innocence.
The meat birds need tending, the pheasant chicks are checked and Rich gets the pig enclosure ready for the weaners.

Which way do you like to look at the lynx the belly or the back?
Is it any wonder that a 27 pound cat can walk on top of 3 feet of powder snow? The first picture is the bottom of a lynx paw. I'm always amazed that the pads show in their tracks at all with all that fur. The second picture shows my hand (that is a 2xl glove on it) in between the front paws of a good lynx. The left paw is the top and the right paw shows the bottom.
